TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms By placing an order with Solasframe you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

What you're buying A custom artwork made from a photograph you supply, printed on the material, size and frame you choose, and delivered to you. The artwork is produced digitally, with an image model, and checked by a person before printing. We don't describe it as hand-painted or hand-drawn.

Your photograph By uploading a photograph you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You keep ownership of it. You give us a limited licence to use it only to make, check and deliver your order, and to keep it for order support and reprints. We won't use your photograph or your portrait for marketing without asking you first.

Previews and approval You can preview your portrait on the product page before buying, with up to five free tries. Adding a portrait to your cart approves that version. A person checks it against your photo before it prints.

Cancellations You can cancel for a full refund until your portrait has passed our check and gone to print. Once it's in production, it can't be changed or cancelled.

Orders we may decline We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund where a photograph can't produce an acceptable likeness, where the content is unlawful or infringes someone's rights, or where we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent.

Prices and payment Prices include shipping and are shown on the product page and at checkout. Multi-portrait discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Color and finish Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed piece. Minor variation in color, framing and finish is normal in printed work and isn't a fault.

Our liability Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
