SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is included The price you see includes delivery. There's nothing extra to pay for shipping at checkout.

Where we ship We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, and to selected other countries.

How long it takes Delivery takes 5 to 6 working days in total, including the check by a person and printing. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Printed near you Orders are produced through a print network with facilities in several countries, so most are printed in or near the country they're delivered to.

Customs and import charges If an order crosses a border to reach you, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Your address Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order is dispatched we can't redirect it. If it comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.

Damage in transit If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
